| Appointment
Policy
When you make an
appointment, that time is reserved
specifically for you, and you
alone. You will find that our
practice runs very efficiently and we
see our patients on time. We
respect your time and ask that you
extend the same courtesy to us and our
other patients by arriving on time for
your appointments.
For us to be able to
provide high quality care at a
reasonable fee, we cannot have wasted
time. We ask you to give us 48
hours advance notice to cancel or
change an appointment so we can give
that time to someone else who needs
it. A charge will be made for
missed appointments without 48 hours
advance notice.
Your First
Appointment
Unless you have an
emergency, your first appointment will
be for us to get to know each
other. You will receive a very
thorough examination, so that a
complete initial record may be
established. This is very
important, as there is no substitute
for thoroughness.
Following your
examination, Dr. Vann, will go over
her findings and recommendations with
you, and discuss fees and answer any
questions or concerns before
proceeding with any treatments.
